Project presented by Marlene Gatewood-Allen.  Proposing removeable patio furniture and resin gate with umbrellas.  Patio would be set-up roughly between April thru October depending on the weather.

• Had you considered locating the patio on E. 185th St instead of LaSalle?
• What color is the fence?  Dark brown
• Has plans to become a wine bar eventually.
• Possibly move the patio area closer to E. 185th St. for more visibility and pedestrian engagement.
• The business currently closes at 10pm at the latest.

Councilman Polensek is available to comment and state his support, but wanted to make sure that the patio was not open into late night hours because of noise, etc.

Motion to approve with the recommendation to move the patio closer to E.  185th St.
